I just wanted to remind you to be gentle with yourself and to let you know that what you are feeling right now can change for the better.

The fact that you are here reading this means that you are ready to leave behind what is holding you back, redefine success, and write a powerful new story that is aligned to your truth and is based on your own terms.

I may not be in the exact same shoes as you but I was in a similar position to you, where I was feeling burnt out, completely unfulfilled and felt that there was something missing in my life.

Not long ago, I was a young corporate woman running around the central business district area to meet my high flying clients, achieving what I thought was success yet deep down I was experiencing anxiety and overwhelm.

Whatever I achieved in my career and life never felt enough because I felt not good enough and lacked confidence.

I would constantly overthink and beat myself up for things that didn’t work out. I didn’t need anyone to beat me down, I was my own worst enemy.

I would also find myself overcommitting and saying yes to things, for fear of other people’s judgment of me or making them disappointed.

There were other things that surfaced up through my anxiety but if those ones sounds familiar to you, I want to let you know that you are in the right place.

After hitting a wall, I went on a self discovery journey to reclaim my voice, worth and personal power.

This journey is now my signature system called Core Confidence Mastery™, which helps women like yourself to overcome your anxiety and overwhelm and to step into your Core Confidence Blueprint™ to have more freedom, success and abundance.

Since young, I always knew that I was here for a bigger purpose, to serve people.

With my international background and my exposure of travelling and living in many different diverse countries such as China, United Kingdom (my home country), France, Canada, Singapore and many other places, it opened my heart and mind to different cultures and cultivated a deep interest in understanding people.

Throughout my career, I have always been purpose driven in serving people. I have five years of coaching experience and ten years of corporate experience in roles that were all people oriented, required strong relationship building skills and high quality service in renowned multinational corporations across the globe such as Citibank, HSBC and many more. This also included experience working in a renowned global leadership development organisation as well whereby I worked with C-suites and mid level managers to support them in becoming better future leaders.

I have a number of ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coaching certifications that has given me the tools to coach at a high quality and professional standard. This includes being trained by the most globally renowned coach, also known as The Mother of Coaching, Dr. Cherie Carter-Scott, who was one of the first to have founded her coaching school in the 70s and was discovered by Oprah Winfrey. This was a comprehensive professional coaching training that enabled me to enhance my skills in being an expert in understanding people’s mindsets, blind spots and behaviourial patterns. It also provided me with an unique method on how I coach my clients as it is very intuitively led and allows my clients to discover what is true to them and be able to reconnect to their own intuitive intelligence and their Core Confidence Blueprint™.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and Association of Hypnosis Professionals Singapore (AHPS). This has enhanced my training and expertise in understanding the psyche of the human mind and where I have helped many women to rewire their subconscious mind and get quicker mindset shifts than the traditional ways. Through my experience, I was able to create Core Confidence Rewiring ® to support my clients.

I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Technique (TFT) Tapping Practitioner and a member of the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA), helping many to shift their anxiety and overwhelm through this simple yet powerful stress relief technique based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure, modern psychology and science.

I am also CPD Integrated Trauma Informed and Narcissist Informed Coach which deepens my support for my clients.

I am a Growth and Spiritual Seeker who is relentlessly committed to continuing to grow and expand so I can deliver the most comprehensive and transformative experiences to my clients.
